This was the first of many events going on this week for Philanthropy Week! Alpha Phi organized a 5K run around campus- it was the first 5K our chapter has ever done, I think it is going to become an annual event!
I helped set up at 6 in the morning- it is really really cold at 6 in the morning! I wore Under Armor (I now understand the Under Armor appeal- I am thinking I now need to own some!) a t-shirt, a jacket, a sweatshirt, a new 5K t-shirt over the sweatshirt and blanket, plus leggings, grey sweat pants and navy blue sweat pants over that! It was quite the look.
There were white,red, and black balloons all over campus- it was the cutest 5K I have ever seen! I did not actually run in it, I passed out the water.
I wish you could have seen my outfit in full!

What a fun event...and for a worthy cause too. With all the events you are planning/are apart of, I think your membership in Alpa Phi helping with your future career at least as much as your classes.
